8% food tax & 20% Gratuity will be added to final food total (not included in the minimum)

$750.00 deposit due w/ signed contract

Refund policies will be set forth on each signed contract

3 hour rentals (each additional hour $250.00)

$75 fee for distances beyond 20 miles (from Windham)

City/Town Licensing Fees may apply
